Rebecca’s Paws and Claws – Remlap is proud to announce that we have been the recipient of a grant from PetSmart Charities. This grant has enabled us to spay/neuter and vet several little furbabies in order for us to find them forever homes. We had a litter of Doodles and we able to get all vetting done at one time. Just in time for the National PetSmart Adoption Weekend. Yea, 6 of them found their new families that weekend along with kittens and other puppies. Food, vetting, kennels and habitats need repairing and upkeep takes a lot of dollars and we operate solely on donations. In 2011 Rebecca’s Paws and Claws incorporated into a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. We are a no-kill rescue. The founders felt a calling to become official defenders of the defenseless. So many animals were being abandoned at kill shelters or dumped on the side of the road. Hi! My name is Zacchaeus.I got my name cause  I am a wee little man. I would like to tell you my story...... I was at a house that had many, many dogs. People say it waas a hoarding situation.  I would call it a prison with NO hope. One day some people came and saw how we were trying to survive and decided to do something for us. One of them was Rebecca’s Paws and Claws-Remlap. Sharon Boone grabbed me and took me along with some others to her rescue. There we were fed, went to the vet to get checked out and they did a couple other things (neutered and spaying) and shots. We didn’t mind so much since they were giving us loves too. Sharon had the perfect new momma in mind for me. So on a chilly day in January I went to my forever home where I have a brother (cat) and 2 sisters (dogs) to play with and lots of toys. It took a couple of days for all of us to get used to each other but now we are best of friends. I now have a big yard to run in, and I do that a lot, good food and a war...

Just wanted to give you an update on our husky/chi, that we named, Angel (aka Crystal) that we adopted from you in Feb 2023. We’ve only had her for about a month but our 4.5mth old gorgeous blue eyed puppy is such an adorable baby girl. She is so lovable & likes to be close to her new momma. She’s still skittish but I’m sure it’ll pass once she gets used to the family. She likes to play with her biscuits by tossing them around & run likes to run back & forth from living room & down the hallway then back again. But its soo cute when she does it!Thank you so much for taking care of her & delivering her to her new forevermore home. (wish i could add more but I’ll leave it like this). Hi! I just wanted to update you on our sweet pup, Moxxi (formerly known as Sugar Smack). She has been an amazing addition to our family. She is sweet and gentle and we found LOVES the outdoors (boy does she love her sticks!). Thank you so much for the work you do and for giving us the opportunity to have another family member to love

Hi Diana we want you to know how much we love Satin. She's truly a wonderful girl. She's so sweet and beautiful and SMART. Such a quick learner. Whoever had her before must have started to train her. She's not completely house broken but doing so much better at that. We take her for walks all the time we have many parks and trails here. Also a dog park right down the street. Thank you for taking care of her and getting her to us. We all love her
