Thank you so much for ox he has taken to his new home like he has always been here. He has followed Jennifer and I around since he got home minus the time I spent getting toys and food at tractor supply. He enjoyed his meal of steak and potatoes and is now snoring loudly at my feet. He got a bath this morning.

Hello from the Coopers!! Just updating y'all on Ox. He's the best thing in the world. The past few days he has become more playful and more protective. He's getting along fine with our other dogs. He seems happy as he can be. Spoiled? Absolutely ???? Thank you so much for my big baby

Splash got her name because she loved jumping in the kiddie pool and just splashing around. That was such a joy in her heart. But, alas, Splash was diagnosed with heart-worms. She would have to undergo treatment before she could be adopted. Meanwhile her 4 babies found homes in New England and they left her one by one.  And "Joy" had dimmed for her.

My family became personally acquainted with RPACI nearly 3 years ago, following their progress through social media posts and rejoicing when each newly saved animal found a forever home. Then in early March of this year our beloved 10-year old rescue, Tallulah Belle (Lu), became ill. After battling for weeks, she crossed the rainbow bridge. Our family was devastated, and although we knew that we would someday rescue another, we just couldn’t think about doing so for quite some time - Or so we thought ...

Sometime in the past I contacted RPACI looking for a playmate for Lu, however we never quite found the right friend. RPACI volunteer, Linda, saw our social media post about losing Lu, and remembered earlier conversations with me. She saw how much our children loved her, and understood that they needed the love of a pet in their lives. Nearly one month after our loss, I received a text message from Linda. It stated that while she knew we likely weren’t looking to adopt yet, she w...
